Dispatchers play an integral role in keeping customer satisfaction high by maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor while dispatching Water Damage Emergency crews to jobs in a timely manner. Knowing who to call, when to call them and what the steps are in the restoration process is all just a regular part of being a Dispatcher.

**Dispatchers are responsible for**:

- Dispatching Water Damage Emergency crews to save the day when disasters hit
- Customer service - general understanding of water emergencies/claims/schedules
- Communicating with property owners/insureds, setting up schedules, dispatching technicians
- Managing sub-trade schedules
- Managing crew mix and on-call availability

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
