We are currently looking to fill a permanent, full-time position in our Accounting Department located at our Head Office in Saskatoon. As a key member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

**Position**:Accounting Technician
**Start Date**:Immediate
**Term**:Full-time, permanent
**Salary**:to be determined based on qualifications and experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and distribute accurate customer and vendor invoices in an efficient manner
- Set up and maintain customer account information in company ERP system (Oracle NetSuite)
- Work with customer service, sales and other operating functions regarding customer invoicing issues
- Work directly with customers in resolving invoicing or account issues
- Work with customer 3rd party accounts payable electronic invoicing systems and companies to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices
- Support the Accounting Department with a variety of tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant accounting education or experience in lieu of formal education
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
- While not required, familiarity with Oracle NetSuite would be an asset
