Descriptif du poste:
LM Wind Power Canada, une filiale de GE énergie renouvelable, la plus importante entreprise manufacturière de pales d’éoliennes au monde, est actuellement à la recherche d’un acheteur. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Update ERP daily (Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, back orders).
- Basic understanding of key business drivers (KPI); uses this understanding to accomplish own work and meeting targets.
- Work cross functionally with other departments.
- Follow buyer procedures and guidelines.
- Populate and analyze reports using Excel (ship date report, PO's not confirmed, back order, etc.).
- Work with warehouse receivers to resolve material receipt issues.
- Support materials team with vendor managed inventory (VMI), posting goods receipts, verifying invoice discrepancies, GRNI reporting, supplier connect.
- Support in monitoring material at risk
- Book deliver appointments of material with transport carriers
- Organize material pick-up's from vendor

Desired Characteristics:

- Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
- Basic oral and written communication skills (French)
- Works well alone with little direction
- Blends easily within teams and is able to provide valuable feedback
- Ability to document, plan, and execute tasks under stressful circumstances
- Proficient in MS Office - strong emphasis on MS Excel
- One to three years of experience in inventory management or other pertinent fields.
- Enjoys a challenge
- Learns new tasks easily
