That includes access to our employee benefits such as: - **Group Insurance coverage**, including health, dental, vision, Life, and long-term disability. - Psycho Bunny offers all Canadian employees the possibility to participate in a **group RRSP/DPSP plan** which includes a very generous match from Psycho Bunny - An Employee /Family Assistance Program (EFAP) - Casual dress code - Company events and social hours - On-site gym - On-site cafeteria/bistro with subsidized meals, breakfast, and lunch. - Three (3) weeks of vacation - Six (6) wellness days - On-site parking - Your birthday off on us - You can take advantage of increased work flexibility and our 40 days a year "**Work from anywhere**" policy - Last but not least, let us not forget the swag you can get with an amazing 70% employee discount **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, the Assistant Buyer will be responsible for participating in all aspects of product line development while ensuring alignment with the brand, along with assisting the Merchandise Manager with everyday tasks. **HOW WILL YOU DO IT?** - Assist manager to build the product assortment - Owns and manages the pre-season process, builds assortment plan - Owns and manages seasonal product worksheets and assortment plan - Assist manager with planning and production to manage delivery flow - Analyze weekly sales and business trends (provide summarized recap) to identify areas of opportunity - Analyze competition for style blend, pricing and provide a quarterly presentation - Supports key meetings through preparation, sample preparation, etc. - Partner with the Planning team to analyze and leverage data when necessary and provide action plans - Drive cross functional communication of all product detail, changes to ensure team alignment **WHO YOU ARE** **This is what youve accomplished** - Diploma in Fashion Merchandising/ or equivalent preferred - 1-2 years of experience in a related position, preferably in the Retail Industry **This is what youll contribute to the team** - Self starter that shows initiative, dedication and commitment to the brand - Very analytical and detail-oriented - Strong problem-solving abilities - Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking to adapt to an ever-changing environment - Demonstrates agility in the role and adaptability to frequent changes - Effective written and verbal communication skills, in English and French - roficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is required - Have an eye for trending and emerging products **_ We thank all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted._**#LI-JA1 - #LI-JA1
