Accounts Payable Clerk

Helicopter Transport Services is a commercial helicopter operator that has one of the largest and most diverse fleets in the industry. Job Overview Accounting support duties include:
- Data entry of vendor invoices in Sage accounting software
- Processing of weekly cheque runs
- Employee expense report processing
- Collection/matching of credit card receipts General office duties include:
- Answering calls and greeting visitors
- Filing documents
- Ordering of office supplies and mail delivery/pickup/sorting
- Vehicle fleet plate renewal & fuel card administration
- Other general office duties as required Requirements:
- Accounts Payable processing experience (1 year)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
