**Summary **The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the day-to-day Restaurant Front of House operations with gross annual sales of approximately $1,400,000. Passion with a focus on continuous improvement, and a drive to push our Service standards to the next level, are the qualities we’re looking for. The goal of the Club is to create outstanding memories for the members and this position will be a critical leader in achieving that goal.

**Responsibilities**
- Works with the Food & Beverage Director and Banquets and Events Manager and others to schedule and coordinate personnel requirements for all functions
- Diagrams buffet tables, tables and other function room set-up needs for special events
- Holds pre-function meetings with servers to ensure smooth, efficient service; assigns server stations and coordinates the timing of courses
- Ensures that all staff is well-groomed and in proper uniform (including name tags etc.)
- Assists in the preparation of the marketing plan and annual budget to increase the profitability of the F&B operation; monitors performance against budgets
- Assures proper inventory of all server equipment and supplies to meet required needs
- Acts as Head hospitality host at special, private functions and greet and seat guests as necessary
- Hires, trains and supervises F&B service staff and supervision of all Restaurant outlets
- Regularly inspects all front-of-the-house service areas and equipment to assure that sanitation, safety, energy management, preventive maintenance and all standards for the department are met
- Process bills and invoices for all events and functions and collects monies when possible.

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
