After our busiest season ever, we are looking to hire a dedicated Garden Care Manager to fulfill the continued growth of the company.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Undertake consultations with prospective clients
- Draft estimates for service (maintenance, cleanups, etc.) and install work
- Draft garden bed designs and planting plans
- Oversee and/or undertake day-to-day operations of onsite work (maintenance, cleanups, installs, pruning, plant health monitoring, pest control, winterization, etc.)
- Manage company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Communicate with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with suppliers and order materials as required
- Engage in weekly management meetings and contribute to continued refinement of operations

**Qualifications**
- Completion of college, vocational, or technical training
- Strong plant knowledge and identifications, specifically trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Excellent observations skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong measurement and calculation skills
- Valid license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
