The responsibilities of the Product Lead will cover the whole Revenue Management product development lifecycle:

- Identify, analyze, validate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand data, analytical and user requirements
- Act as an agent of change with the various stakeholders
- Write functional analysis documents.
- Prepare and accompany users through User Acceptance Testing
- Contribute to the solution architectures and detailed design
- Maintain the integrity and reliability of the current system
- Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvement
- Participate in the resolution of incidents and problems. Propose solutions and action plans

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer science or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years product management or Business Analyst and passion to solve user problems
- Experience in People leadership
- Experience in distribution, logistics industries an asset
- Experience with data management and/or BI project
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Baseline knowledge or strong interest of: Power BI, SharePoint, Snowflake, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Stream, etc )
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT principles, and data model standards
- Ability to speak with business people and translate their needs into technical requirements
- Strong communications skills in both French and English
- Ability to explain a complex technical concept to a non-expert
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Team player
- Be able and comfortable evolving in fast-moving environment
- Can operate under tight deadlines
