What You’ll Do

The Coordinator works closely with their Warehouse & Distribution Manager and coworkers to manage the flow of work throughout the business.

Essentially, you will
- Load and unload shipping trucks efficiently.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with Client Services and Production Services departments in Winnipeg, keeping them informed and responding to their requests.
- Check and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure the condition of shipments meet client expectations.
- Check materials shipped and received against pertinent documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, purchase orders, invoices and custom documentation.
- Determine the most cost effective shipping methods.
- Prepare the necessary documentation to support freight company requirements and custom requirements.
- Fulfill program orders as required including choosing the appropriate packaging and preparing the necessary paperwork.
- Perform cycle counts of inventory items as requested.
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.

Education & Experience
- Completion of secondary school or GED.
- 1-year experience with shipping and receiving, or a similar or like position, would be considered an asset.
- Office and/or administrative experience would be considered an asset.

- Strong work ethic.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to understand problems and determine effective solutions.
- Strong team player.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
