- Orient the Bank's strategic decisions by providing analyses that have a material impact on the quality of decisions made by management
- Act as a resource person for analyzing problems and determining appropriate solutions that require analytical thinking

**Your role**:

- Provide analyses, diagnoses, dashboards, and performance indicators to ensure that performance, initiatives, and sales activities are closely monitored
- Contribute to establishing targets
- Perform complex performance analyses for the Personal Banking sales force to follow the action plans established and detect opportunities or blind spots
- In collaboration with experts (e.g., sales and service team, sales force managers, Marketing, Finance), establish the action plans required to benefit fully from the findings
- Present to management the results of the analyses to help guide strategic decisions
- Provide analyses and diagnostics to your colleagues to enhance all analyses produced by the sector

**Required competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business intelligence or other related field plus six years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field plus four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of data manipulation and data visualization software (Power BI, SAS)
- Ability to summarize and simplify complex issues into actionable conclusions
- Keen sense of initiative, autonomy, agility, and proactivity
- Outstanding communicator and excellent interpersonal skills

**Preferred competencies**:

- Work experience in complex analyses (correlations, predictive analyses, etc.), an asset
- Knowledge of the Personal Banking sector, an asset
- Experience as an advisor to senior management, an asset
