You'll help our vibrant global community (located everywhere from the US and Canada, to the UK, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and more) of pet lovers by giving them information on our NHV line of herbal pet supplements, processing orders, and giving tips on pet care.

**SKILLS YOU WILL NEED**
- Previous experience in animal health and wellness as a veterinary technician or veterinary assistant
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic
- A love for animals and a high degree of empathy
- Computer proficiency (we are an e-commerce company, so everything we do is on-line)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve complex issues as needed
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Understanding of herbs or natural medicine
- Social Media experience
- Any previous experience making edits to a CMS system (WordPress, Shopify, Big Commerce)
- Previous writing experience
