**The Field Installer reports directly to the Operations Manager. The Field Installer (FI) works with the Operations Manager and the Field Crew Members to complete physical and material work related to client projects at project sites in Manitoba and Ontario.**

**The Field Installer acts as the Safety Supervisor on all project sites and around the VersaPile yard. They are responsible to ensure that the vehicles and equipment are in good working order and that all procedures are documented and safe.**

**Production**
- Ensure excellent levels of workmanship on installations
- Set and maintain benchmark performances for installations.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of existing operational practices and procedures.
- Follow and champion VersaPile policies and procedures
- Communicate with clients and contractors as required

Safety
- Ensure COR safety standards are maintained at site and on VersaPile property
- Adherence to safe working practices and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring that JHA and DVI checks are completed.
- Relay necessary safety information and requirements to be actioned (safety equipment needed, safety issue at site, ect.)

Train/Develop/Manage
- Train and develop FCM’s in VersaPile policies and procedures and ensure (through feedback and coaching) that FCM’s are proficient and perform independently in their roles.
- Compile and conduct monthly assessments of FCM’s
- Ensure time is used productively on site and in yard
- Conduct disciplinary actions as required under VersaPile policies and procedures.

Maintenance
- Ensure trucks are well organised and well supplied with necessary tools equipment and documents for daily operation and site specific requirements.
- In conjunction with the Operations Assistant, ensure vehicles, trailers and mobile powered equipment are checked via the fleet maintenance schedule.

Role Model Behavior
- Look out for the best interests of VersPile in regards to safety/operations/customer service while on site and at VersaPile property.
- Present a professional personal and company image at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- Bonus pay

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ile des Chênes, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
