Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of production workers to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. This role includes maintaining hourly payroll, updating business metrics, and improving overall production performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and evaluate hourly employees to meet production goals.

Develop production tracking and quality control systems to detect issues and drive improvements.

Collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve production issues.

Hire, train, and manage staff, maintaining employee records and resolving grievances.

Prepare daily reports on production metrics and performance.

**Required Skills**:
Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control.

Familiarity with design techniques and tools for production plans and blueprints.

Pay: From $72,664.00 per year
