**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while facilitating transactions. Your ability to engage with customers, manage time effectively, and utilize technology will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, ensuring all displays are well-stocked.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers.
- Previous experience in cashiering or technology sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products based on customer needs.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
