**Terra Nova Salon & Day Spa - Front Desk Customer Service Associate (Daytime)**

**Position Summary**:
Terra Nova Salon & Day Spa is seeking a **Front Desk Customer Service Associate** for daytime shifts. This role is key to creating a warm, professional first impression for our clients while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. **This position is available for immediate hire.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients in person and by phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to maximize the schedules of Stylists and Estheticians.
- Promote salon services, packages, and current promotions to clients.
- Communicate appointment details and last-minute changes with service providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the salon’s database.
- Assist customers with product questions and promote gift cards and special offers.
- Maintain and restock the retail sales area, ensuring it is clean and inviting.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a related role is an asset.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly customer-service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Well-groomed, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and procedures.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

**Experience**:

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
