**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Door-to-Door Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential customers directly in their neighborhoods, present our products and services, and foster relationships that lead to sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. This position is **per day incentive-based**, so your earnings directly reflect your performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door visits to present alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and monitoring plans to potential customers
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve daily targets
- Engage in outbound and warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for effective outreach
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to communicate benefits effectively
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product understanding

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or door-to-door sales is preferred
- Familiarity with telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Experience using CRM software for tracking sales activities is a plus
- Knowledge of business development strategies and marketing principles
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results
