**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Door-to-Door Sales Representative** to join our growing window cleaning team. In this role, you will connect with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, promote our premium window cleaning services, and book appointments through face-to-face interactions. This position is ideal for a driven self-starter who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors, and being rewarded directly for performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our residential window cleaning services
- Build rapport with homeowners to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions
- Communicate the benefits of our services clearly and persuasively
- Book appointments on the spot and collect customer information for scheduling
- Accurately track daily interactions, leads, and appointments in our CRM system
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales and maximize conversions
- Collaborate with teammates and management to optimize sales strategies and territory coverage
- Stay updated on company offerings, pricing, and seasonal promotions

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, but **not required**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people in person
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Open to feedback and eager to improve sales techniques
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
- Basic digital literacy for entering data into CRM (training provided)
