ContainerWorld is currently recruiting for Warehouse Supervisor - OH&S role in our Richmond, BC facility.

**Job Type: Regular Full-Time**

**Location: 16133 Blundell Rd, Richmond, BC, V6W 0A3**

**Hours: Mondays-Fridays (40 hours/week)**

**Position Overview**:
Working independently with guidance from Labor Relations and OH&S Manager, responsibilities are to supervise Labor relations and OH&S related matters for our Warehouse Operations.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes assigning tasks utilizing resources and abilities of the workforce to maintain a continual workflow, setting priorities, coaching and training as required
- Ensure compliance with the Collective Agreement
- Assist in daily manpower planning
- Assist with Occupational Health and Safety Program
- Administer Time and Attendance guidelines
- Prepare and maintain all Operations documentation
- Assist in other Warehouse related matters and other areas as determined

**Required skills & abilities**:

- Post-secondary education in Operations Management and/or OH&S Management Certificate
- Previous experience as a supervisor or a similar management position; preferable experience in a unionized environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency/experience of MS Office tools
