Quality Manager

ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd. A Terex Brand, located in Olds, AB is seeking to add a Quality Manager to its team. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of products and services in the company, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are free from defects. This position will work to develop and implement quality control measures and processes to identify and address any issues that may arise during production or delivery. **Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Quality Specialist or similar role
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in using quality control software and tools

**Responsibilities**:

- Review current standards and policies
- Assess customer requirements to ensure they are met
- Conduct regular audits to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Manage a team of quality control personnel to ensure that all processes are followed
- Work with Operations to determine, establish, and implement in-house quality procedures, standards, specifications and corrective actions
- Develop processes and procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other team members
- Report all malfunctions to production management to ensure immediate action
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
- Determine training needs
- Develop training programs and systems
- Become a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Provide guidance and training related to document creation.
- Maintain the document storage database and ensure that documents are periodically reviewed
- Actively participate and maintain positive team environment
