**The wage will be negotiable based on experience.**
- **Staff accommodation** ranging from $8.00 - $22.00 per day (based on availability),

**Duties Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Adhere to recipes and specifications to maintain consistency and ensure all standards are met,
- Keep overproduction and food waste to a minimum, ensuring proper rotation, labeling, and storing of food,
- Ensure all food products are handled, stored, prepared and served safely in accordance with hotel and government Food Safety guidelines,
- Comply with all safety regulations, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the hotel health and safety program,
- Assume responsibility for the basic operations of workstation for short periods when required in the absence of the Pastry Chef,
- Report for shifts on time with a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in a hotel restaurant is an asset,
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time,
- Is a team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
