**Summary**

As a Shift Leader at DQ Grill & Chill Fergus, you will play a vital role in managing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of our restaurant while leading a team dedicated to providing an enjoyable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations during your shift to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage food preparation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Train new employees on procedures and best practices in food handling.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
