**Responsibilities**:
**Working with the Manufacturing team and Key stakeholders, this role is responsible for**:
**Safety**
- Using both leading and Lagging indicators as well as Roundtable feedback to build and plan to proactively address safety issues and concerns.
- Ensure 100% timely and accurate Completion of Required Incident Investigations including Root Cause
- Provide visible Safety Leadership (on floor) to proactively change Shop Floor Culture

**Quality**
- Commit and deliver against Quality Wall process
- Ensure 100% timely and accurate completion of Required Hold and Quality Incident Investigations including Root Cause and execute action plans
- Translate data into meaningful insights in order to build and execute plans to reduce consumer complaints and proactively address potential food safety risks
- Build sustainable improvements in shop floor Food Safety practices through Hourly work assignments, Down Day planning, GMP Audits, AIB work

**Production / Productivity**
- Ensure Production areas run to targeted Adherence/Attainment thru reduction work in unscheduled DT
- Ensure annual targets for Salvage, Overpack and Product Destroyed are met or exceeded. Provide interventions when trending offside.
- Leverage team to identify and deliver Productivity Project(s)
- Plan and deliver against all key financial metrics (DVA, MOH, Productivity, Capital Spending)
- Build internal infrastructure to continue to support innovation launches/Capital Installations

**People Development**
- Build a plan to deliver all safety, regulatory and quality training
- Coach and develop the SFLL’s
- Build the mechanism to have regular interactions with Shop Floor Employees to review Metrics from previous shift, Communicate Targets for current period/quarter and celebrate success
- Build Effective HRP plans for Salaried Direct Reports and Frontline employees
- Work with key stakeholders to help SFLL’s hold Shop Floor EE’s accountable for attendance and provide plant wide consistency when reacting to Triggers in order to launch Performance Improvement Process

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Supply Chain (Operations) experience
- Ability to interact effectively with key internal stakeholders (HR Mgr, Tech Services Mgr, Planning Mgr, QA Mgr, SL and Shop Floor employees, QA Enablers, Schedulers, Maintenance SFLL’s, PIE’s
- Post Secondary Education required
