**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate tractors and other heavy equipment for various snow removal tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for repairs and adjustments as needed.
- Must have own vehicle to reach farm tractor in Navan, ON or Kanata, ON depending on run.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during the operation of farm equipment.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair farm machinery.
- Proficiency in the operation of farm tractor.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation, particularly tractors used with snow removal.
- Ability to reach farm loader with own vehicle in Navan, ON or Kanata, ON.
- Familiarity with snow removal on commercial properties.
