The duties and responsibilities for this role include, but may not be limited to:

- Operating tractors and related snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from designated areas.
- Ability to use GPS tablet to navigate routes.
- Maintaining contact with head office during storms and upcoming weather events.
- Following safety protocols and company policies while working in various weather conditions.
- Collaborating with other team members to prioritize and coordinate snow removal efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of hours worked and tasks completed.
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with our clients or the general public.
- Assisting other drivers to complete routes as needed.
- Taking ownership and responsibility in avoiding any damage to our client properties.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating tractors or similar heavy machinery.
- Familiarity with snow removal techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work extended hours; including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during snow events.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
- Commitment to safety, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to commit to a working schedule with our company.

**Salary**: We have several positions available. We offer both hourly and salaried positions. Hourly: starting at $25 per hour. Salary: flat weekly rate, starting at $500.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
