**We're Hiring: Mobile Security Guard - Join the Synergy Team**

Synergy Protection Group Inc. is expanding, and we’re looking for a **dedicated and skilled Mobile Security Guard** to join our team If you're passionate about security and ready to make a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.

**Position Details**:

- **Job Status**: Part-Time, Permanent
- **Schedule**: Saturday & Sunday, 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
- **Pay**: Competitive pay + Incentive Programs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and investigate **API alarm monitoring calls**:

- Conduct regular site checks to ensure safety and security
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining vigilance and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to resolve security incidents

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Valid Security License** and **G Driver's License**:

- Minimum **2 years of Mobile Security** experience
- **Arresting Experience** and **Use of Force Certification**:

- **CPR and First-Aid Certified**:

- **Vulnerable Sector Check** required
- Strong **communication and writing skills**:

- Ability to think critically and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team
- A genuine passion for security and accountability

Pay: $20.00 per hour
