Since 1988, Logical Solutions has been a BC-based company committed to providing tailored integrated communication systems to all levels of healthcare facilities.
You will:
- Be responsible for managing multiple large projects simultaneously
- Review, approve and modify, as necessary, construction drawings, shop drawings, and change orders
- Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
- Manage financial budgets for projects and monthly billings
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and current
- Maintain project schedule and reports
- Manage all project management communication between all departments internally
- Provide regular coaching, training, feedback, and performance evaluation
We are looking for:
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum one year of experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in low voltage or electrical construction project
- Knowledge in integrated communications systems or healthcare technology systems is considered an asset
- PMP certification is considered an asset
- Trades certification is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills and experience working with MS office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
