**The Role**
Heavy Equipment Operators use various sized small and medium machines to accomplish daily activities safely, correctly and efficiently. Heavy Equipment Operators ensure work complies with job specifications. Perenniall Operators must understand how to effectively use workplace technology for cost tracking systems and machine maintenance.

Plow operators are responsible for utilizing trucks and tractors with plow attachments, to clear snow and ice from driveways and parking lots efficiently while being mindful of obstacles.

Hours: Open availability is required as the hours are dependent on the weather. The majority of shifts start after midnight (again dependent on the weather)

Transportation: Must be able to make it to our shop in central Woodstock for any shift. From there, you will travel to the jobsites in a company truck.

**Responsibilities**
- Safety, Quality and Production
- Utilization of assigned equipment
- General Machine Maintenance
- Accountable for hitting daily / weekly tasks
- Represent Perenniall in a professional manner in all situations

**A day in the life**
- Safety compliance
- Ensure completion of all daily reports including:

- Daily Maintenance of records for Equipment
- Ensure quality standards are achieved
- Analyze specifications and construction drawings as required
- Effectively written and oral communication with Project Coordinators and Administrators
- Operating various sized machines in tight work areas and around other teammates

**Qualifications**
- 3 + years of Snow Plow operation
- Knowledge of general operation and maintenance of a plow tractor/plow truck is required
- Must have excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven Leader, highly motivated to the overall success of assigned projects

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
