**The Role**
Heavy Equipment Operators us various sized small and medium machines to accomplish daily activities safely, correctly and efficiently. Heavy Equipment Operators ensure work complies with job specifications. Perenniall Operators must understand how to effectively use workplace technology for cost tracking systems and machine maintenance.

**Responsibilities**
- Safety, Quality and Production
- Utilization of assigned equipment
- General Machine Maintenance
- Accountable for hitting daily / weekly tasks
- Represent Perenniall professional manner in all situations

**A day in the life**
- Safety compliance
- Ensure completion of all daily reports including:

- Daily Maintenance of records for Equipment
- Ensure quality standards are achieved
- Analyze specifications and construction drawings as required
- Effectively written and oral communication with Project Coordinators and Administrators
- Operating various sized machines in tight work areas and around other teammates

**Qualifications**
- 3 + years of Landscaping experience
- 3 + years of Snow Maintenance
- 3 + years of Operating small and medium-sized Heavy Equipment
- Knowledge of general operation and maintenance of a plow tractor/plow truck is required
- Must have excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven Leader, highly motivated to the overall success of assigned projects

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
