Calgary, Canada Tamas Hydronic Systems Inc. Full time

Founded in 1997, Tamas Hydronics' sole focus is hydronic heating, specifically the manufacturing of pre-engineered and built hydronic distribution boards. We are looking for someone to join our tight-knit team in the Production Supervisor role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff members to ensure adequate coverage
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and maintain good relationships

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a production managment role, preferably in a leadership position
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff members
- Ability to sell products and meet sales targets
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in recruiting and training employees is preferred
- QuickBooks experience a asset

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
