We have a challenging position available within our dynamic and growing firm for an experienced Wills and Estates Law Clerk in Muskoka.

Responsibilities of this role include:

- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, trust and other estate planning documents
- Prepare correspondence, reporting letters, legal documents and estates forms
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries and financial institutions
- Organizing and overseeing lawyer’s calendar
- Performing general administrative support related to files including opening files preparation of accounts and client billings, reporting on matters, processing of payments, maintaining an active filing system and closing files
