**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to designated locations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any inquiries or issues during their service Eg: Portable unable to service due to tree fallen in route path.
- Must have the physical dexterity to lift upwards 50 pounds for short periods of time
- Able to make conscious decisions to travel or not travel through road conditions.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage.
- Maintain cleanliness of the portable units, and identifying when a unit needs cleaning or to be restocked with toilet paper and handsanitizer.
- Daily removal of waste from Portable Toilets.
- Wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves etc.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred, with a valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle class being operated.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Must have the physical dexterity to lift upwards 50 pounds for short periods of time
- A background in moving or logistics is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of the delivery process and customer expectations.

**Skills/Requirements**:

- G Driver's License
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in differing weather conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Muskoka area
- Must have the physical dexterity to lift upwards 50 pounds for short periods of time
- Prior customer service experience considered an asset
- Good time management skills
