**Compensation**:
$100,000+ Commission based

**Responsibilities**:

- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
- You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate
- Manage and qualify lead inquiries to convert leads to appointments for agents
- Effectively utilize CRM to manage leads and complete daily tasks
- Must work in office on-site with the team

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- +1 year of real estate sales experience
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Technology driven
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (oral and written)
- Strong passion for sales and talking to people
