**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support managing calendars.
- Assist in property management tasks.
- Conduct market research to gather data on property values and trends to assist in pricing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about properties.
- Prepare and organize documents related to property listings, sales agreements, and leases.
- Negotiate terms with vendors and service providers as needed to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all real estate transactions and client information.
- Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in property management is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of market trends and real estate practices is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for client interactions.
- Negotiation skills to facilitate agreements between parties involved in transactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.

This is an Office Position. You Must have your transportation.
