- Soil Building, Seeding, Cloning, Planting, Watering, Pruning and more.
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
Gardening Large or small scale - market gardener - Horticulture or Farming experience is considered an asset - Trimming experience is considered an asset - Self-motivated - Reliable - Energetic Team Player - Detail Oriented with dedication to accuracy and quality - Problem Solver - green thumb - Flexible to change - Plant Lover - Attention to detail - Time management - Asks questions often - Takes direction - Works well with others
