Coast Mountain Cannabis in Pemberton BC is looking for Cultivation Lead (growers) to join our 20-person strong team.

we are a Certified organic facility, using many different practices of growing. We are currently using living soil in our flowering rooms that has been in use for over 4 years. As a team we are always learning and growing together.

Job Location: Pemberton, BC (must have secured housing in the sea to sky corridor)

**Rolls and Responsibilities**

*Support the cultivation supervisors with daily work *Become familiar with the provisions of the Act and Regulations that relate to the relevant activities. *Keep the team of associates working efficiently. *Help in the training of new grow associates *Take part in: seeding, cloning, transplanting, plant care, pest management, feeding, harvesting, curing, and more. *Compliant and aware of sanitization procedures. *observant of room environments. *Taking Part in Plant Care Activities.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**

Gardening Large or small scale - market gardener - Horticulture or Farming experience is considered an asset - Trimming experience is considered an asset - Self-motivated - Reliable - Energetic Team Player - Detail Oriented with dedication to accuracy and quality - Problem Solver - green thumb - Flexible to change - Plant Lover - Attention to detail - Time management - Asks questions often - Takes direction - Works well with others.
