**What you will do**:
**Guest Assistance**: Greet and assist visitors and residents upon arrival, addressing inquiries, providing information while focusing on their individual needs.
**Issue Resolution**: Handle guest concerns, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally, seeking to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
**Concierge Services**: Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions, and assist with booking reservations and tickets. Establishing positive working relationships with business owners and suppliers in the area in order to provide residents with high quality and reliable recommendations;
**Communication**: Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
**Guest Feedback**: Solicit and gather guest feedback to continually improve services and provide input for training and development programs.
**Quality Assurance**: Maintaining amenity booking logs and ensuring appropriate contract or form is completed. Assisting residents with maintenance service requests;
**Special Events**: Coordinate and assist with special events, conferences, and resident events as needed. Execute community partnerships and assist in developing partnership with Yorkville and the downtown Toronto core.

**Security and Property Operations**: Monitor and report any suspicious or unusual activity to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Providing building access to contractors and visitors by maintaining contractor logs and managing access devices.
- Issuing visitor parking passes in line with visitor parking policies.
- Activating and maintaining log of security access cards and fobs, underground transmitters and other access devices.
- Parcel Management, delivering packages into the designated parcel systems including resident’s suites. Deliveries could encompass parcels, dry cleaning, and groceries.
**Who you are**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Must have experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of local attractions / restaurants / services is an asset
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- **Police Clearance**:A criminal verification check is required for employment.
**Working Conditions**:
- This position may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Physical requirements may include standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of parcels or other items.
