**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Conduct research on product trends and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
- Utilize digital marketing skills, including SEO and Google Search Console, to promote products online.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with CSS, HTML, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
