**Your role on our team**:
Sales Team Support
- Kick-off opportunities, assign project numbers and communicate relevant information to all departments.-
- Coordinate team meetings and maintain meeting notes.
- Collaborate with Sales Coordinators and Account Managers to maintain and update deals related data in the CRM.- Sales Operations
- Support the sales team by maintaining the CRM (Salesforce) with the help of the Sales Operations Manager and IT team.- Support the Sales Operations Manager on process mapping and documentation as well as collaborate with them on process improvement initiatives, including implementation and adoption of new processes.- Gatekeeper between Sales and all other departments, ensuring efficient communication between all departments.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards for the sales team and management.

**You are the person for this role if you fit the following criteria**:

- Undergraduate degree in administration, operations management, or a related field.- Between 1 and 3 years of prior experience in sales, administration, operations, production, or supply chain management.- Excellent knowledge of the google suite or Microsoft suite- Good knowledge of Salesforce (a plus)- Bilingualism
