**Position**: Residential Cleaner

**Type**: Contract-based **Location**: GTA, Hamilton, and surrounding regions **Pay**: Bi-weekly payments; contract-based with self-managed taxes

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens as required
- Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Empty trash and transport waste to disposal areas
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines
- Adhere to the cleaning checklist provided by our operations team
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Value client feedback and maintain customer satisfaction
- Travel to assigned job locations as scheduled by our operations team

**Requirements**:

- Own a vehicle (**REQUIRED**)
- Valid G driver’s license (**REQUIRED**)
- Provide a clean background check (**REQUIRED**)
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper; two references required (**REQUIRED**)
- Own cleaning supplies based on the list provided by our operations team (**REQUIRED**)
- Ability to travel for work (preferably within Hamilton, nearby cities) (**REQUIRED**)
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Physical stamina and mobility; ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to obtain liability insurance as a subcontractor(**REQUIRED**)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Strong customer service skills
