We are currently seeking to add an experienced Landscape Maintenance professional to our fantastic team. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and are passionate about creating and maintaining amazing outdoor spaces. This vacancy suits someone with significant industry experience looking to work on larger estates and looking to develop their career into a leadership or management position in the future.

The primary function of this role is to maintain high end residential landscapes and gardens to an exceptional level.

Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm, 40 hours per week

Days: Monday to Friday

Vacation: Two weeks paid, one week closed over Christmas

Location: Kitsilano, Point Grey, West Van, Kerrisdale, Southlands

Benefits: Healthcare, dental and optical coverage

Duration: Ongoing, permanent, full time work

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the good health and immaculate presentation of gardens; pruning of ornamental trees, shrubs and hedges, weeding, lawn care, mowing, pest control, bed work, line edging
- Clean and maintain all hardscape and paved areas
- Installation of plant material and garden renovations as required
- Irrigation repairs and maintenance

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated career in horticulture with experience in maintenance of large high end estates
- Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
- Horticulture Diploma, Certified Landscape Technician or currently working towards Red Seal
- Ideally 5+ years directly relevant experience
- Drivers license and comfortable driving trucks with trailers highly desirable
