The Quality Assurance Associate will support production quality through the development, implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and systems, that safeguard our product and champions a quality culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
Work with production to resolve product and process related quality issues to bring batch
records to a timely and accurate closure
Review and sign off for line clearances within the production process
Issue work orders and labels to production and control and maintenance of the lot coding
system within MPL
Review batch product batch to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
Aid the release procedure of products through label creation and transcription/review of
MPL CoAs
Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking
systems, including root cause and corrective actions
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and
create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
Identify training needs and act to ensure compliance
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to
confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify
and report recurring issues to management and product development
Maintenance of processes and procedures, to ensure product quality is within acceptable
specifications
Review and update batch records, logbooks and various SOPs
Aid Quality Control when required for production needs
Work as part of the QA team promoting a quality culture within the company

**Required Skills**:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Superb computer competence, including database management
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and
tools
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices and
procedures

**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in science related field
