**Site Operations & Production Clerk**
Our team in **Montreal **currently has an opening for a **Site Operations & Production Clerk**
**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The Operations clerk is to perform all SAP transactions required by the business or required by the site Management:

- Posting all Goods issues in SAP on all outbound material
- Posting all Goods receipts in SAP on inbound material ( packaged & Bulk )
- Process all the Credits ( ECR ) in SAP for all returned containers.
- Run the VL06O outbound delivery monitor report on a daily basis to identify potentially missed deliveries and conduct all necessary investigations and take all appropriate measures to keep everything up to date.
- Upload Certificates of analysis in DMS / Easy DOC database.
- Will search, Print & provide Certificates of analysis along with all the shipping documents required by operations to make each shipment compliant.
- Will scan & upload all POD's in ACI to make sure all documents are available in the system in a timely fashion for Customer service
- Will archive in an efficient manner and maintain accurate documentation available for further reference if needed.
- Will Order and maintain office supplies needed for Clerical work.
- Will Organize and maintain an organized office work environment.
- Will be the main point of contact for customer Service for what pertains around Proof of deliveries and Credits.
- Will Book appointments for any Inbound deliveries, enter the information in the receiving schedule & keep the schedule updated and accurate at all times.
- Will arrange and coordinate all external carriers for Daily Order Pickups ( LTL, FTL & Couriers ) along with all special requirements.
- Will Participate in semi-annual inventory count & preparation to this matter.
- Will perform periodical cycle counts, and all adjustments necessary in SAP & WMS with approval from site Leadership
- Will create all the labels needed by the operators for stock picking & placing.
- Will Support operations & production as needed or instructed by the site leadership.
- Will perform any other task required mandated by the business or assigned by the site leadership.

**YOUR PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**:

- Mandatory High School Diploma ( higher education would be an asset )
- Mandatory Knowledge & functional skills on, SAP / WMS, Excel, Outlook
- Mandatory Bilingualism
- Previous WHMIS & TDG training and experience would be an asset.
- Previous experience in Warehousing & operations in Chemical distribution would be an asset.
- Previous Forklift training & operating experience would be an asset ( not a deal breaker )
