Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the receiving and storing of products, ensuring that they are properly labeled, organized, and stored
- Coordinate the shipping of products, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including regular cycle counts and physical inventories
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that they are properly trained in all warehouse procedures
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate regularly with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with overall business objectives

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
