You’ve led elite installs. You know how to manage complex jobs, direct crews under pressure, and deliver precision work without cutting corners. **What You’ll Own**
- **Full-Scope Project Execution** - From layout to final polish, you’ll lead crews through every stage with relentless focus.
- **Material & Labor Efficiency** - No waste. No rework. You manage the crew and resources like your name is on the cheque.
- **Daily Crew Leadership** - Set the tone, hold the line, and elevate the team.
- **Site-Level Accountability** - Track time, materials, delivery schedules, and communicate clearly with office + client.
- **Training the Next Generation** - Turn apprentices into pros. No babysitting—just high standards and hard lessons.

**Your Track Record Includes**
- 3+ years running high-end landscape construction builds from start to finish.
- Pools, kitchens, retaining walls, stone decks, carpentry—this isn’t new to you.
- Pro-level grading, layout, cuts, drainage, and final installs.
- Operating excavators, skid steers, lasers, saws, compactors.
- Reading plans, spotting issues before they become mistakes.
- Clean license, strong communication, and pride in a job done _right_.
