Field Service Scheduling Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven **Field Service Scheduling Manager** to take ownership of our scheduling operations. This role combines front-line scheduling responsibilities with strategic oversight and leadership, ensuring efficient use of our field service team’s time and delivering exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Scheduling Leadership**:Take overall responsibility for scheduling a team of 15-20 field service technicians, ensuring optimal utilization of their time and skills. Directly manage and execute scheduling for key clients while providing strategic guidance for the entire scheduling process.
- **Supervision & Team Leadership**:Lead and supervise an existing scheduling team member, providing mentorship and direction to ensure high performance. Oversee and refine scheduling frameworks that empower the customer service team to book service calls efficiently 24/7.
- **Strategic Collaboration**:Work closely with sales, technicians, and the customer service team to align scheduling priorities with business goals. Collaborate with the Controller to track key metrics, monitor budget adherence, and minimize unnecessary overtime.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes, streamline workflows, and enhance technician utilization. Develop and implement strategies that support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving & Adaptability**:Respond to schedule changes and unexpected challenges with creative, solutions-oriented approaches. Balance company guidelines with discretion to make decisions that benefit both clients and the business.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Leadership Experience**: Proven ability to lead and mentor team members, ideally in a scheduling or operations-focused role.
- **Scheduling Expertise**: Demonstrated success in scheduling and coordinating field service teams, with a strong preference for residential services experience.
- **Sophisticated Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with HubSpot, Basecamp, and other scheduling tools.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Able to see the big picture while managing details, leveraging data and insights to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Salary Range**: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
