**Join Our Team: Franchise Support - Field Services Manager FSM**

We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our **growing Canadian QSR brand**, **Cinnzeo Bakery Café**, as a **Franchise Support - Field Services Manager**.

This role **based within the Lower Mainland, BC**, with the initial management and in-person engagement of our **two corporately managed locations**. As the brand evolves into 2026 and forward, your FSM position will expand to include **regional travel across Canada** as we continue to grow. Multi-unit development is confirmed, and we are searching for the right complement to our already awesome team to support and work with us

As a **Field Services Manager (FSM) with Cinnzeo**, you’ll:

- Lead by example in every guest and team interaction.
- Champion our commitment to excellence, brand standards, and consistent guest experience.
- Train and mentor new franchise partners from launch and through their agreement terms, to ensure operational success.
- Provide ongoing field and virtual support through regular communication, visits, and collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,900.00-$60,000.00 per year
