**Here’s what you’ll be doing as a server**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Exceed guests' expectations of sincerity, friendliness, and willingness to please
- Ensure 100% accuracy of all orders taken and entered in the POS System
- Maintain the general tidiness of your section, while assisting fellow servers in theirs
- Ensure that every guest is provided with enough information, via suggestive selling techniques
- Welcome guests and provide departing words for when they leave. This involves enquiring about the quality of the services provided to them
- Ensure that all payment transactions are accounted for
- Exhibit exacting personal uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Check for accuracy, presentation and temperature when expediting food
- Pre-set, pre-bus and bus tables
- Complete cleaning checklists
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- SmartChoices certification
- Availability to work weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Firm understanding of the English language (fluency in French desirable for CCFM)
- Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Positive attitude and team mindset
