As a Telecommunications Account Specialist, your primary mission is to generate revenue and build strong, profitable client relationships. You’ll identify customer needs, present tailored sales solutions, and close high-value deals that drive client success and business growth. The most successful Telecommunications Account Specialists are natural closers—high-energy professionals who thrive in competitive environments, exceed targets, and bring a consultative approach to every interaction.

**Responsibilities of a Telecommunications Account Specialist**:

- Provide leadership and direction to marketing and sales teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.
- Manage daily operational tasks, follow-ups, and account activities in coordination with senior management and peers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with fellow Telecommunications Account Specialists to identify new sales opportunities and expand into additional territories.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements that balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on client brands, promotional services, and performance benchmarks to remain competitive.

**Requirements for a Telecommunications Account Specialist**:

- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of fundamental sales strategies and consumer demand.
- High levels of initiative, independence, reliability, and resilience.

Pay: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
