We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assisting them in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to engage with customers and showcase our offerings will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately through the cashier system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Proficiency in cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, enabling you to assist customers with tech-related products confidently.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong upselling skills to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits to customers.
