**About Us**:

We are looking for an **experienced Security Technician** to join our team and help lead projects with confidence and technical expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and program CCTV surveillance systems
- Configure and support access control systems (Salto, Kantech preferred)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues on-site or remotely
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Coordinate with project managers and guide junior technicians as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CCTV and access control systems
- Proven ability to independently manage installations and service calls
- Salto and/or Kantech certification highly preferred
- Ability to program and configure security systems with mínimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel for work
- TQ
- Valid Security License
- Able to work on Ladders
